Foundations are for Newbies, regardless of one’s previous athletic background. These sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing your results when you enter the group classes.

We offer something for everyone - CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, High School Athletics and a host of Specialty Classes.

Pick the Membership that works for you.
Florian offers two Membership options for Adult CrossFit Classes (a 3x per week and an Unlimited Membership), CrossFit Kids, High School Athletics and multiple Specialty Classes.
