10 Deadlifts 115/75
5 Snatches 115/75

Establish a 1-rep-max Clean and Jerk
.
Perform both workouts on a 15-minute clock, start Workout 15.1a immediately after finishing 15.1.

L2 (scaled option)  Knee ups,  85/55,  GTO allowed
L3  75/35,  GTO allowed
T1   Moderate Wt on C&J
T2/T3  Knee ups,  Hang Power Snatches,  Moderate Wt on C&J
