L3 75/45, Frog Sit ups . . From Lindsay (pics) . This week marks my 7 month CFF anniversary, so this was my first LBNC. I was not sure what to expect, but when January 2nd came around I was excited to see what I could do. The first week was tough, cutting out the grains, diet coke, etc. I have to say it’s definitely easier when you have a buddy (CK1). Chris and I tracked our food on Wodify daily and would review each other at the end of the day. I think this part was crucial to my success. One of my challenges was drinking enough water on days when I was working (a common issue with many nurses). This is something I still have to work on. Sweets are also a weakness, so I tried to turn to fruit or the occasional piece of dark chocolate. The timing of this challenge was perfect, as Chris and I are prepping for our upcoming wedding. Fitting into my wedding dress was a major motivator (the dress is now too big). I also got an extra boost of confidence from seeing the gains that I have been making in gym. Being able to Rx an occasional WOD is very encouraging.
