    This link is from CFNE’s website for today’s WOD. The picture of the guy on the rower is a buddy of mine that I grew up with. He is getting over knee surgery, and is still putting up a fight. He helped me when I started out doing CF on my own about 9 mo’s back.

    Seeing two injured athletes still training gives me motivation on the mornings I do not feel like getting out of bed to train… Hard to be a sorry ass when you see others who would give and arm, or a leg to train at full capacity… Keep up the work you two!

    Today’s WOD 09:43 RX. Cash out Tabata sit ups 9. Good work 9am’s!

    Had fun with this one today! 11:09, could have shaved off another 1min or so if I learned how to read! Ran three times instead of two! guess xfit can make you stronger just not smarter 🙂 reading my next challenge…
