another great am class. 145 push press/17 reps with 75, 6:28 Rx on the WOD. my quads were on fire after that!! see you all in a week or so, i’ll be keeping up with the workouts as much as possible at the gym where i’m staying. kick ass at the competition tomorrow!

165 push press/ 16 reps at 95(more than 50%) of push press. 07:35 WOD. Legs were failing me pretty good into this WOD from Yesterdays WOD, it’s gonna suck getting outta bed tomorrow am. Good showing at the 0900 today, great training with some new people.

I agree with Dallas and Krissy…today killed my quads. 75 push press/45 press x 10. 7:40 on WOD.
