300# on the Dead lift and 4:44 on the WOD/64 singles. Hopefully in another week or two I can string enough double unders together that I can start using them in WOD’s. Luigi’s good at teaching them if anyone needs more coaching. SDLHP after heavy deads=smoked back.
Really liked this one. Got up to 185 on the deadlift, my back is starting to feel better, hopefully I’ll be back to where I was soon. 5:10 on the WOD with 75# and I scaled up with 3 knots in my rope that i had to untie mid workout. That or someone is trying to sabotage me…
DL 165 WOD 5:43 #65 singles. I REALLY need to stop assuming certain wods will be easy because they NEVER ARE! Burpees were tough. Nice to meet you Bridgette 🙂

Big Dogs came out to play @ the 5:30. A couple 455x pulled. Multiple 300+. Nice job, you guys/gals are getting strong!!!
Took me awhile but I did double unders the whole time which is an accomplishment in itself! 55# 8:45
