L2 Ring Rows (no bands), Modified Push ups
The Baseline will be the LBNC benchmark WOD which will be completed pre and post challenge. If you can not make it to CFF tomorrow, you may get it in during any class in lieu of the posted WOD. All participants must complete the Baseline no later than January 10th and you may only attempt it once.
Cash out:Max Overhead carry, 30 feet (taken from the rack)
TodayLBNC starts Sign up Weigh in Baseline Take your pictures (front, side and rear) with the front page of the paper visible. You may opt to have your pictures taken at CFF by us if you wish.
