Epic WOD. Finished in 29:54 and had to go all out at the end to get that time. Gotta be honest, I thought about cherry picking this one at first but that note got me fired up. Glad I did it, I feel great now. Nice job 5:30 people

Krissy i know you said not lose any sleep over it, but I’d like to shave at least a minute and a half off my rowing time tonight. I’ve been thinking about it and I’m sure I rested too long at least once… Anyone else find that math difficult?!
