There will be a regular class (not the 31 Heroes WOD) at 7:30a.

The 31 Heroes Event begins @ 9am. The first heat will be scheduled to kick off at 9:15am, with heats running every 45 minutes. There will be a designated area for athletes to warm up. The area will be outside in the driveway behind Florian, access via the Lewis’ parking lot. Athletes should know their thruster weight, box jump height and scaling option for the rope climb before they arrive Saturday. Saturday is not the day to “attempt” to climb the rope. Please coordinate with your partner throughout the week. If you’re not doing the 31 Heroes WOD – pack some snacks, BYOB and come support those who are!!!
