25 DU . . L2 Banded Pull ups/Ring Rows, Singles x 3 . . You only have a couple more days to master the double under. The March Madness double under challenge will conclude Sunday April 1st. Everyone will need to retake the double under test between Friday and Sunday with the winner receiving a free month @ CFF. . Tough one today, my hands look like ground beef. Got up to 265 on the deadlift, lost my grip after 3 reps though so i had to switch it to get the last two. 3+31 rx on the WOD, my pullups were garbage! Pullups and KB swings are such a rough combo.
Good job Dallas. I had a tough time on the deadlift. Got 300 up last week, but just couldn’t dig deep today. So pissed. It was great to see Dennis Doherty hit a pr though. He told me he was pushing for 260 before we started and ended up getting 305X5. Awesome to watch

Did the workout with Paul @ the job today. Was tough to do trying to listen for calls and workout. DU’s were terrible!!! Stopped at somewhere in the 3’s for the deadlift. Will see you guys soon!
