We are 4 weeks into the CF Open with one more WOD to go. You guys have been amazing. We hope you’ve enjoyed participating as much as we have enjoyed watching you conquer your fears (infinite amounts of burpees, heavy ass snatches, 18 minutes of punishment and a shit load of wall balls). It’s incredibly inspiring watching you guys step out of your comfort zone and still crush shit. Every WOD should be a learning experience. Take the knowledge and confidence you’ve gained during the Opens and bring your training to the next level. We have evolved into a special place in a short period of time – due to you. Let’s continue to meet every WOD head on, err on the side of aggression and continue to pick fallen members up. Doors open at 5am.
