Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
3 sets of 100 back squats
Can not rack bar until set of 100 is completed (rest as need on back rack)
All Athletes will start set 1 with an empty bar (45, 35 or 15)
Add weight ea set (2.5s, 5s or 10s .. build slowly)
