.In this workout teammates move from each of five stations for 2 minutes. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a 10 minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. There will not be judges/counters. Teams will count and judge themselves.

Teams will document reps for each station in each round. You will have 5 scores each round and total each round. Your score will be total combined reps.
You will need the data for each movement for when you retest so be accurate in your scoring.
