In Teams of 2 complete:

40 Wall Balls 20/14
40 Cal Row
40 Burpees

Each Team will be given 4 beers and be tasked with drinking 1 beer at the start of each round. Partition the Wall Balls, Calories and Burpees as needed. A fine American Lager will be offered for your WODing pleasure. BYOB if you desire a specific beverage.

Next Monday 3/18 4pm – 8pm and Saturday 3/23 8am – 11am, Kelley McLaughlin, LMT of Sana Vita Bodywork in Canton, will be here to give Sports Massage and MyoFascial Release Therapy. Sports Massage and MyoFascial Release therapy can greatly enhance athletic performance, relieve pain and tension, and help prevent injury. If you’re interested in receiving either 15 min or 30 min session, a sign-up will be by the WODIFY kiosk, or same day booking is fine too, on a first come first serve basis. This is good for pre or post workout. $15 for 15 min and $30 for 30 min. Please wear shorts and woman wear a tank/sports bra.
