WOD will be performed like the song – After completing the first movement go to the next round by adding a new movement and rep each round. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. I.E. do 1 Snatch, then 2 OHS + 1 Snatch, then 3 Burpees + 2 OHS + 1 Snatch etc.
