Not only is Mel an amazing athlete, she comes to us with years of coaching experience. We are stoked to have her!! Beginning Monday, January 28th, Melissa will be coaching the new 4:30pm class. Yup, NEW CLASS!! . The 4:30 classes will be offered 3 times a week initially. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. .. .
