*Important Call to Arms Announcement*
If you are attempting to perform the challenge with HSPU, you will now perform 5 handstand push ups then complete the prescribed number of push ups for the day. Those who are doing regular push ups are not affected by this adjustment. There are a number of reasons for this recommendation. Please see Bill or Beau for detailed explanation.

Fun one today, worked on OH squats as my goat, got them to be slightly less pathetic. 12:02 rx’d, situps were a mess but my DU’s came together a little more and I hit my December goal of 10 unbroken a few times, now I want 20! Strangely addictive. Good to meet a few more people nice job everybody!!
10:31Rx..My double unders sucked for the most part, but like my goal to meet a divorced, wealthy older women, its a work in progress…..Got my handstand push-ups in as well which is always fun
Great job today everyone. Brian got his kip, and jumped rope for the 1st time. And quite a few of you got a double under for the 1st time. Nice to see you all making progress!
