Memberships may be purchased at CFF or here.

First Responder memberships must be discounted by CFF staff.

      1) Purchase desired membership – (U) or 3x a week

      2) Email CFF with your Name, Department and which membership option you chose. 

          Please put 1st Responder in the subject line.

 

 

The Married Couple Membership also requires CFF staff  activation.

      1) Purchase desired membership

      2) Email CFF with your Name, Spouse’s Name and which membership option you chose.

          Please put Couple’s Membership in the subject line.

 

 

 

Punch Cards and the Individual Membership options require no CFF intervention.

(Punch Cards will be managed by CFF staff – no card necessary)

 

The Foundations program must be purchased and scheduled by CFF staff.
