CrossFit Florian Teen Girls

The Crossfit Florian Teen Girls program is designed to enhance athleticism by facilitating improvements in strength, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, power, stamina, speed, flexibility, coordination, agility, and balance. This is a broad and all-inclusive conditioning program that will improve the general fitness of your girls. Our primary focus is on movement quality and control which makes dramatic translations into sport specific improvements. The program is designed to strengthen and challenge the out of season athlete while not over-fatiguing the in-season athlete. The body is addressed in its entirety which decreases the risk of sport specific injuries and muscle imbalances.

Teen Membership Options
Our 15 Week Spring Program is offered as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 day membership
1x a week – $75   /   2x a week – $150   /   3x a week – $225  /  4x a week $300

Teen Weightlifting
Each class will be capped at 15 girls.
Preference will be given to the girls who are currently in weightlifting class, then we will open it up to everyone else. Please have your daughter let a coach know if she is interested, so she may be added to the waitlist.
