CrossFit Florian Teen Boys
The Crossfit Florian Teen Boys program is designed to address the specific needs of the teenage male athlete by facilitating improvements in strength, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, power, stamina, speed, flexibility, coordination, agility, and balance. It will strengthen and challenge the out of season athlete while not over-fatiguing the in-season athlete. The body will be addressed in its entirety which will decrease the risk of sport specific injuries and muscle imbalances.

Meet Coach Evan
I grew up in Walpole MA and moved to Norwood about 4 years ago. I went to Walpole Highschool where I played football, baseball and wrestled. I went to University of New Hampshire to study Civil Engineering, I also wrestled there for 3 years. I obtained a bachelor’s degree from there in 2013. Shortly after graduating I started Crossfit. Since then I have been fortunate enough to be on competitive teams and I have competed at regionals twice, in 2016 and 2017. After regionals in 2017 our team qualified for and competed at the Crossfit Games. I started coaching about a year after starting Crossift and have loved it ever since. I have coached traditional Crossfit classes, as well as conditioning and gymnastics specific classes.
I love coaching all levels of athletes and helping them improve as a person and as an athlete. Everyone has the ability to reach their goals and I really enjoy helping them get there. I’m looking forward to building this teen boys program and helping them achieve an increased fitness level and fulfilling some sport specific needs. Lets have some fun.
