Run outside
Use either the Assault bike or Rogue Bike
Concept 2 Row
Concept 2 Ski

How we will track distance per discipline.
Running will be x 1.5 per mile.
Bike will be divided by 2 per mile.
Row & Ski will be a mile for a mile.

At the end of the month, the person who has logged the most miles will win. In the event there is a tie, we will go with the person who didn’t drink (or the least) as the first tie break.
The second tie break will be who attended CFF for the class WOD the most. Limit 5x per week. (max would be 23 total-Thur, Fri, Sat. Then 5 per the next 4 weeks)
