As you know, the gym can get a little warm. Please workout responsibly when temperatures reach north of the upper 80s. It is your duty to prep your body for the extreme heat. Hydration starts the day before you plan on working out!!! We are recommending that you drink at least half your bodyweight in ounces of water and supplement with electrolytes (BCAAs etc ..) or a low sugar sports drink. Bananas are also in play.
To make it simple … your pee should be clear as rain.
