We will be debuting a Mobility & Accessory Class on Tuesday, April 12th @ 7:45p. The M&A Class will be run by Tia Sapienza, an assistant Physical Therapist @ Brigham & Women’s Hospital. The class will be offered every Tuesday evening to start and focus on the areas we tend to ignore. The weekly class will focus on injury prevention and performance enhancement by increasing overall mobility and strengthening the smaller muscle groups that are so important to our success in functional fitness. It will focus on mobility work both individually and with partners, and targeted strength training of our core including hips, abdominals and shoulder girdles. This will not be a heart-pumping class but is certain to improve your performance in every other WOD. Full details will be posted on the Member’s Page.
