2 Barbells with bumper plates lined up side by side
4 Rowers set for Calories . With a 12 min Clock ALL 4 athletes will work at the same time to complete:
50 Unison Bar Facing Burpees
50 Calorie Row (35 Calories for females)
AMRAP Unison Bar Facing Burpees . All 4 members must move in unison (at the same time) on the Unison Burpees.
The burpee rep is counted with the jump over the bar.
Both feet must clear the bar at the same time….no stepping over.
No Rep if one athlete jumps before the others OR after the others.
The bar must be loaded with bumper plates so it is the same height. . This is the 1st WOD from this year’s First Responder Challenge . .
