Back Squat

Establish a 20 Rep Max
.
.
This is our first time attempting a 20 rep max Back Squat, so odds are against us truly hitting a 20 RM.  A 20 RM is established by accumulating 20 full depth squats without racking the bar. This is not for time, nor do all 20 reps need be continuous.  Athletes may rest with the barbell on their back as needed. Please come to class with your 5 Rep Max Back Squat. You will be basing your attempt off of your 5 RM minus 50-80 lbs, depending how your warm up sets/reps go.
