
10 Wall Balls 20/14 to 10’/9′ . rest as needed between rounds . . L2 20/14 then 14/10 L3 14/10 then 10/6 . These are to be performed as a drop set. Athletes will be grouped in pairs. You will compete 15 unbroken WB, discard the 1st WB. Your partner will pass the 2nd WB in play by performing a single WB thrown in your workspace. You will then complete the drop set of 10.
