As of 0600 hours today, CrossFit Florian turns one year old. It blows our mind how fast and mature our community has grown. A CrossFit box’s worth should only be measured by it’s members. Not the number of clients (235 by the way) but the quality of the people. Thank you for making Florian more than bumper plates and kettlebells. Thank you for sharing Florian with your spouses and kids. Thank you for trusting us with your fitness. You guys are extended family and have filled a void we never knew existed. Whether you’re an OG or joined last month, a beast or scaling every WOD … you’re a vital part of this community. There is no ceiling in Year 2, lets get after it!
