It’s an acceptable risk we take because the reward far out weighs the temporary discomfort. But … when we do get injured, we often self diagnose online. Damn. Pulling a marathon tour at the firehouse and can’t make it in. Def need to work on rope climbs for 31 heroes. Tweaked an old wod from a few months ago and did 5 rds 400m, 10 thrusters (95#), 10 knee ups, 10 kbs (53#). 17:47rx
