Started this one feeling good. PR on the front squat 115…thanks for the push Caitlyn! Quickly fell apart and did ring rows and knee push ups (ugh) My goals will include improving upper body strength.
Bill and Megan, I have to say how inspirational it is for a new crossfitter like me to watch you fight thru this WOD. Really amazing.
Good one today. Went up on front to 185, and did the WOD in 7:53 with some kipping pull ups, and hand release pushups, my handstands aren’t quite there yet, need to get on those!
mary, you were awesome! you are stronger than you think, i knew you could do it! 145 on the FS, 8:35 on the WOD w/box push ups and kipping pull ups. was pretty much doing singles but happy i didn’t let myself use a band. i agree with mary, megan and bill you guys rock! great class luigi, thanks for the ecouragement! awesome job nooners!!

Megan and Bill are machines. Much thanks to Luigi. I failed at the 4th rep of my last set of front squats and he made me start over the whole set. Ended up with a pr of 205×5.
It was def a fun one, and slooow. Good job by everyone at the noon. You’re all making serious gains. See you in a couple weeks Feen Dog.

CW – no sh!t, I did 14 rounds at home this AM. I was too nervous doing HSPUs by myself so just did them from headstand getting my head just an inch or two off the floor. Hilarious that you called it!!
