15 Squats . . L2 Banded Pull-ups/Ring Rows, Modified Push-ups . . You will complete the prescribe rep scheme on the minute until you fail to get all reps in within 60 seconds. Once you fail, you will modify the rep scheme to 3-6-9. If needed, you fill further modify to 2-4-6. Your score will be the last Rx’d round completed . . .
