When you all make the effort to get in early you should be mobilizing restricted areas, and or practicing certain movements you would like to get better at. Double unders, Pull ups, etc. You have all been making amazing progress, and now it’s time for us all to take it up a notch. See you tomorrow!

Was planning to take a day off, but I liked this one. I needed the extra sleep though so I did it at home, about 19:30. Had to approximate the 400 distance, and i couldn’t really kip so the pullups were slow! Good one though.

Ab mat sit ups 20 reps
Got 6 rnds + 11 reps
After not benching for >month you hit a wall fast on your press and dips. Chest and Tri’s take a beating. Sure beat sitting home again. Thanks again to Anna-Li and Nichole for the rehab info/work. Good work 9am’ers.
Thanks! Wasn’t a WOD that winded you, it was one that fatigued the heck outta your chest, shoulders and tris. Anyone who ever has a banged up lower extremity should give it a shot.
