Your journal is going to be a vital tool in achieving your goals (strength, speed and body composition). It is more than pages of reps and times, it should be a wellness dairy. Document whatever you feel needs improvement, in addition to logging CFF WODS. If eating clean proves troublesome, we’ll show you how to rate your meals. Is sleep an issue? There’s a rating system. Good one today. Had fun with the max box jumps, left extremely frustrated though, I couldn’t get past a mental block and ended up 3.5 inches shorter than last time. Just didnt have it today. I’m gonna break my PR by the end of the month damnit! Awesome WOD, 7:20 with 205#.

Great class today for the nooner. Very happy with my time, Deadlifts are definitely a goat for me. 4:34 RX. Bring on 12.3 !!!!!
