    So disappointed with myself. My stupid weak arms can’t push press 75 lbs. 🙁 I got 4 rounds in with 45 lbs though. :-/

      I know how you feel, but we all start somewhere. Look at it this way, if you want to be able to push press more, you’re doing exactly what you need to be doing to get there.

      Thanks guys. 🙂 I am definitely looking forward to when I can push press 75#. Hopefully sooner rather than later! Then I am re-doing this WOD!!

    This WOD was awesome. Nice work Dennis. I managed 172, 115# got heavy fast and toes to bar is tough! Things got ugly. Have fun with it, tear it up!! Can’t wait to see the big numbers.

    Great work by all of you! The progress you have all made is very impressive, and the 2013 opens won’t know what the fuck hit them when we register! Just continue to keep your heads up, and get in here. Pretty soon the “RX” will be by more names on the board than not. You guys motivate Beau, Luigi, and myself everyday! Keep at it!
