Disappointed that I didn’t do more weight today. I was overwhelmed by the WOD and did #75 6:36. Learn from my mistake and don’t get scared off. Kinda wanna go back tonight, can I get a mulligan?

      What is a mulligan?……

An extra stroke allowed after a poor shot, not counted on the scorecard. (in informal golf)

Dennis, don’t sweat it – learning your limits and getting comfortable reaching them takes time. The only mistake you made was underestimating yourself which means your more of a bad*$$ than you thought…

Hey you did a great job on this WOD, and has metioned before, knowing/learning your limits is part of the growing process. It is a difficult WOD, which only gets worse each round, and know you have a baseline for it, and when it comes up again, you can do it heavier. When I was on the ground like a sorry ass trying to roll out my strained leg, I saw you ripping through the rounds and then finish looking like you had another round or two in you… Like mentioned before, now you know you can step it up heavier next time, plus will have the confidence that you have done it before and can do it again.

#105 13:18 – it was interesting how my jerks got better as i got tired, but went to junk when i got exhausted.

Was grip strength a limiting factor on today’s WOD for anyone else?

Yes, this wod is tough on the grip.
