    Had fun today. 255# on the deadlift thanks to my terrible math skills, i thought it was only 250. did the WOD with the 70# KB and the 30″ box, which really made it suck, in a good sort of way. i think i got every round but there was one where i may have only done 4 burpees (math skills), so i did my 100m row. c-dubby dubz! – thanks for doing the 30″ box with me, you definitely pushed me to stay with it

      you used a 70lb kettle bell!? Awesome! I’m so glad that I didn’t know. I definately would have died. I only attempted the last round, as it was, because I knew Bill knew CPR.

    Nice job. I shoulda manned up and gone 70#/30″ Definitely next time. Finally got the 300#X5 deadlift I’ve been shooting for since December. Happy about that
