There is never an appropriate time to tear your hands, but today we are demanding you be proactive. File your calluses before you show for class. You want to have healthy palms for whatever WOD is thrown your way Thursday. If you have a tendency to rip, please watch the video (HERE) and plan accordingly. Every CrossFitter’s gym bag should contain a file and a roll of athletic tape. There is a limited supply of tape at CFF. I would not assume you could bum a couple of strips, Saturday morning is very busy.
