    Great article! I was worried about having kids because I thought I was dumb and lazy. Now that I’m getting enough sleep, procreating doesn’t seem so cruel. To the z’s!

    Good W.O.D. this a.m., although I D.Q.ed for not running the full 800 meters. Must remember that 400 meters does not equal 800 meters. To quote a great movie, “.. u go to the penalty box, and feel shame…” I may have butchered that line.
