Great job CFF.  There were some amazing scores Thursday all around. We’re hearing that most of you exceeded your expectations. Loved the way you enforced the WOD’s standards but still cheered each other through each burpee. Welcome to the CF Games season. Now that you’ve completed the Open’s 12.1, you must enter your score online. Due this as soon as possible.  After a CFF coach validates your score, it will be posted on the Games site.

    Fun one today, great group. Good to see Krissy so early haha. Got up to 235 on the DL, not mind blowing but where I was before I jacked up my back so I’m ready to start stepping it up! I liked the weighted situps

    Learned a valuable lesson today… double check your weights. After what I thought was a 330# pull, I was corrected by Bill, Turns out my partners and I grabbed 1.25 plates and not 2.5lb plates…
    327.5 Deadlift
    44lb ring dip/70lb weighted sit up
    Pretty burnt in weird places after all those burpees yesterday

    You still did a great job today Adam!! I’m sure we will pay better attention next time. Got the 405 on the deadlift today. Still shooting for that 440. Dips still horrible, but working on it. Love the sit ups. Maybe I’ll get a 2 pack by the summer.
