We are officially half way through the Look Better Naked Challenge. Please take the time and finish documenting your daily points for the month of January. You do not need to total your points. We will take care of it and post your January scores next to your name on the February sheet. You guys are making tremendous progress. We are proud of you and take great joy in seeing you accomplish shit you didn’t believe possible. Bodies are shapeshifting, heavier loads are being lifted and monthly goals are being smashed. Now is not the time to be content with yourself. It’s time to take it up a level. Make it to CFF an extra day or hit a double once a week (CFF plus a home WOD or run). Don’t let up!!
