We are officially half way through the Look Better Naked Challenge.  Please take the time and finish documenting your daily points for the month of January. You do not need to total your points. We will take care of it and post your January scores next to your name on the February sheet.  You guys are making tremendous progress. We are proud of you and take great joy in seeing you accomplish shit you didn’t believe possible. Bodies are shapeshifting, heavier loads are being lifted and monthly goals are being smashed. Now is not the time to be content with yourself. It’s time to take it up a level. Make it to CFF an extra day or hit a double once a week (CFF plus a home WOD or run). Don’t let up!!

    The middle of my spine is bruised from hollow rocks, upper spine is bruised from back squats, my hip bones are bruised from god knows what and now my knees are bruised from burpees…I love crossfit!!! 😉 11:30 jump 😀

    Great job 5:30 class. And you’re right Dallas, I hope this is the next class to get divided into 2. Lots of new faces, and great additions to the CFF community. I stuck around for the 9, great job as well. I did a variation of this. Started with 3 DL’s @275, and continued to do them on the minute, every minute until I got 50 burpee pull ups. I finished @7:59… DL’s for reps over 225lbs are my enemy! Like Paul, horrible idea.

    WOD 9:31 jumping pull ups. Went unbroken & glad I did cuz I was looking to get this one behind me. Good one though. Everyone killed it!

    Pissed, I was not able to make the 6pm class because of traffic. I have been working on pull ups so this would have been horrible and awesome at the same time.
