We are all pushed and motivated by “X”. For some it may be to Look Better Naked. It may be that you subconsciously crave whatever hormonal release CrossFit triggers. Or it could be the competition. You may be a self motivator, pushing and challenging yourself every time you touch the bar. Or your the ex athlete, who has found the arena after years of wasted time in the globo gym. Whatever the reason, local throwdowns can/will take your CF’ing to a new level (physically and mentally).
Commonwealth CrossFit and Forever CrossFit are hosting a Competition for beginners on February 11th. This Throwdown is recommended for CF athletes with less than 6 months experience.
