    Cool class today, nice job everybody! I liked the weighted dips but some shoulder pain kept me from really going for it, I stopped after using the thsalmon KB. 14:46 Rx on the WOD, those floor wipers are a major GOAT! Time to start rocking 6 minute abs every night, i’m almost done with buns of steel

      Nice Dallas. I feel you with the shoulder stuff. My left gives me trouble when dips are involved. Great job with the double unders.

    Cash in static hold. Excited about this one because a few months back I was not able to hold. WOD 16:11 fun one. Plate got heavy last round of burpees. 9am class killed this one 🙂 thanks to all that stayed for yoga 🙂

    17:02 Rx – last round of double unders took me almost 2 minutes. I wanted to lay the rope down and hopscotch the rest of it. Fun WOD.

    Good thing there are so many first responders at CFF. I was pretty sure I was not going to make it thru this WOD. Very messy by round 4 and feel like I lost count of the burpees. It felt like a lot more than 20. Thanks for the encouragement Beau and nooners. 18:01. Managed a static hold for the first time too Krissy!

    I liked the plated burpees! Those played sit ups were tough, my arms were surprisingly shot pretty quickly! Nice job nooners! Noe you are hysterical as always :)welcome back heather nice job pulling through it
