    That video is a freakshow.

    That WOD got tough fast! 11:42, had to sub front squats for thrusters due to some shoulder pain. It was obviously a physically challenge, but it was tough mentally as well, i found myself unsure if i could make it through at a few points, especially with the last few rope climbs. Didn’t want to bust ass my from 15 feet

    WOD 12:18 #65 blue band.(although I think I did 6 rounds by accident) Good really tough round 4,5,. Fun one 🙂

    Great job today everybody! Way to push through your comfort level with the thrusters and go a bit heavier than usual. Also, great work with the rope climbs. I did 3 rnds of 2 rope climbs, 6 squat snatches(155), and 10 burpees. All the squat snatches were singles but felt good even after yesterday. 9:56. Keep up the great effort everybody. And to all our members/”comment” readers… Don’t be afraid to start posting to this. It’s a big part of our community, and shows everybody your progress. You all put yourselves out there every day you make it in to CFF, now try it here.
