Make the gymnastics straps out of tape! By the looks of your hands you will be needing something for a while. Also, pick up a filer.

awesome one today. got up to 145 on front squats, and finished the WOD in 7:17, first half with 95 then finished with 85, Beau was sick of seeing my garbage reps and pulled some weight off 🙂
First 9am class because I forgot to set my alarm for 5. Good class. I got 12 Double Unders in a row today. A new personal best.
Nice! Some days the 9 am class sounds magical, especially at 4:45 in the morning. I think I need to start “forgetting” to set my alarm.
