10 – 12 reps @ 75% last 5 rep set

      Make the gymnastics straps out of tape! By the looks of your hands you will be needing something for a while. Also, pick up a filer.

    I have no idea about BM’s are in this context… but it sounds shady to me. We use that term when discussing potty training.

    awesome one today. got up to 145 on front squats, and finished the WOD in 7:17, first half with 95 then finished with 85, Beau was sick of seeing my garbage reps and pulled some weight off 🙂

    First 9am class because I forgot to set my alarm for 5. Good class. I got 12 Double Unders in a row today. A new personal best.

      Nice! Some days the 9 am class sounds magical, especially at 4:45 in the morning. I think I need to start “forgetting” to set my alarm.
