    count me in for the challenge. i’m definately not a contender, just love the comradre and could use the focus. my goals are to learn how to cook good food and get enough sleep. can’t wait.

    235# Deadlift, got about 26 Turkish get ups with the salmon kettle bell. Thanks for all the instruction Luigi, nice job 12 o’clock!
