In teams of 2 complete:
1000m / 20 800m / 40 600m / 60 400m / 80 200m / 100 Row / Wall Ball 20/14 One partner will work while one rest. Teammates will alternate as many times as necessary, rowing and performing wall balls, until the prescribed rep scheme is completed.

Great job by all of today’s teams. Make sure you stretch your quads and hamstrings tomorrow, if it’s a rest day. I recommend you couch stretch and lunge for 20 slow steps.
