We will start with a 400m run then complete 10 reps of Ring Dips, T2B and a 100m KB farmers walk, 9.8..2.1 and finish with a 400m run. KB weight is as follows: Men – 53/35 Women – 35/26
* Dips and T2B will be modified as needed
