Pre WOD Nutrition

We are by no means nutritionist, BUT we do understand our own bodies and how they perform. Your nutritional preparation for working out at Florian shouldn’t begin a hour before class or worse on the ride in to the box. Your Pre WOD Nutrition is how you plan on fueling your workout. Your hydration should start 12 hours before you arrive. You can not adequately hydrate a hour before class. Please eat something 1-2 hours before class. A banana will not get you through heavy deadlifts and burpees. Eat something light and easily digestible. A Coaches’ favorite is 3 hard boiled eggs and spinach if training in the morning. The weather is getting warmer,and pre WOD errors will be magnified in the Summer’s heat. Your performance and safety will be at stake. You guys always train HARD. Lets also train SMART.
