Attention CFF newbies and OGs, the LBNC will be starting on Monday May 7th. Details on the challenge are posted in the sidebar under “Functional Stuff'”. The cliff note version is – It begins on May 7th. You must complete the benchmark WODs which will be programmed M, T and W. You must weigh in, get measured and photograph yourself. It is highly recommended that you attend the Nutrition Workshop on May 6th and actively participate on the No Grain page.
