If you haven’t noticed, there is a 400m club. A couple of members who wanted to improve their cardiovascular stamina started running a 400m sprint after every WOD and invited all who viewed running as a weakness to participate. Predictably, all levels of runners have jumped in. Those who “enjoy” running are urged to take it up a notch and run with a vest (10-45lbs) or sand bag. Don’t you just love this shit!?!
