Your journal is going to be a vital tool in achieving your goals (strength, speed and body composition). It is more than pages of reps and times, it should be a wellness dairy. Document whatever you feel needs improvement, in addition to logging CFF WODS. If eating clean proves troublesome, we’ll show you how to rate your meals. Is sleep an issue? There’s a rating system.
